Q: Where is your showroom?
A: We have showrooms in both London and Bristol. Please visit us in Clifton, at 13 The Clifton Arcade, Boyces Avenue, Bristol, BS8 4AA or in Kensington at 5 Kensington Church Walk, W8 4NB. Q: How long will my bridal order take to arrive?
A: All bridal pieces are handcrafted to order and prioritised by order of wedding date. If you require your accessories in less than 4 weeks, or at very short notice, please contact Hermione directly.
Q: How long will my occasional accessories order take to arrive?
A: Most evening and special occasion accessories are often available for immediate delivery or to take away if you visit us in store. If you love a piece and require a slight variation in colour or size it would be made to order and posted to you. If you need one of our beautiful accessories immediately and are ordering online, please contact us to ensure we have your chosen item available.
Q: I have a last minute, urgent order request. Will there still be enough time?
A: In most circumstances we will be able to accommodate you. Please contact us directly to place your order and discuss delivery date required. There may be a rush order charge applicable.
Q: Do you deliver to outside of the UK?
A: Yes, we are pleased to confirm that we deliver worldwide. Order online and select your destination for shipping charges. You may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination.
Q: Will my pieces come gift wrapped?
A: All Hermione Harbutt pieces arrive beautifully packaged in our signature boxes.
Q: Do you Keep Diamonds on the premises
A: Diamonds are kept off site and only available by prior arrangement.
Q: Where are Hermione Harbutt accessories made?
A: All Hermione Harbutt accessories are created by hand in Bristol, UK.
Q: Can I have a bespoke design?
A: All accessories are hand made to order, so if you see a design that you love, but would like it in a different colour, or size then we will be able to accommodate you, and there is no additional charge for this. Bracelets and necklaces are all made to measure. Please see more details on our Bespoke page.
Q: Do you make pieces in gold?
A:Most accessories are also available in gold. We can create headdresses in 9K or 18K gold by arrangement. Items from our diamond service are usually crafted from 18K gold but can also be offered in 9K or silver.
Q: Aside from the studio and website, where else can I find Hermione Harbutt?
A: We have a number of stockist's that sell our accessories. Please contact them individually for information about pieces currently in stock.
Q: I have a wedding dress from a stockist, can I visit your showroom?
A: If you have purchased a wedding dress from a boutique that stocks Hermione Harbutt accessories, they will be able to order anything from the range for you to purchase.
