A visit to Hermione’s showrooms is like stepping into an accessory treasure trove. Hermione and her lovely team are here to welcome you and guide you through the collection and all of the bespoke options that are possible. Appointments last for up to an hour and during this time you will be able to try on a wide variety of different accessories and jewellery. We have sample veils available for our brides to try on alongside designs. If you have images of your outfit or a swatch of fabric, it can be useful to have these to hand, along with any images of your plans for your hair or overall style and aesthetic of your wedding or event. We will look through these together and suggest beautiful designs for you to try. If you have pinpointed some favourite designs to try prior to visiting, do just let us know and we can be sure to have them ready.

You are very welcome to bring guests with you to your appointment, although as we are a petite space, we suggest no more than two guests to accompany you. We welcome video calls and WhatsApp messaging to friends and family throughout the appointment, as we have always done for clients who have family abroad.

If you feel unwell or have any Covid symptoms, please do get in touch and we will reschedule your appointment. The HH Team will also be vigilant in making sure they feel completely well and have no symptoms prior to being within the showroom. 

The HH team may continue to wear a mask during all consultations and we recommend that our brides and clients also do so. We encourage brides and clients to bring their own masks but masks will be provided to those that need them. Sanitiser will always be available and the door and window will remain open (when possible) for maximum fresh air throughout the showroom. 

All pieces that have been tried on during an appointment will undergo sterilisation within a UV steriliser. Appointments are spaced well apart to give ample time for the HH team to clean and ready the appointment safely for the next client.
