Delivery, Postage & Packaging

All pieces ordered from the website are handcrafted to order and prioritised by order of wedding/event date. If you require your accessories in less than 4 weeks, or at very short notice, please purchase your desired items and then contact Hermione directly to arrange swift delivery.

Items are gift wrapped in beautiful Hermione Harbutt packaging and sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured up to the value of 500 pounds.

For international orders you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination.

Payment of import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All pieces ordered from the website and showrooms are handcrafted individually to order.

Pieces can also be bought on the day from our showrooms.

Due to the handmade and bespoke nature of our designs, returns for refund are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. Please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving the goods for rectification of your order via the same means of purchase. 

Orders placed and confirmed by deposit can be cancelled in writing providing no work has commenced on the piece. Deposits paid are non-refundable. If work has commenced prior to notice of cancellation, the full payment becomes due.

We do our best to delight every bride and client and therefore exchanges can be offered at our discretion providing the piece is not a bespoke design. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Hermione Harbutt is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
